Je suis arrivée par « les Pontets », suivant deux voitures. Impossible et pas souhaitable de doubler.
I arrived by « les Pontets », following two cars. Impossible and not desirable to overtake.

Nous nous sommes tous arrêtés sous un vieux tilleul en fleurs, odorant.
We all stopped under an old linden with perfumed flowers.

Il y avait Christopher Murray et son « side-man » François Gonnet, et il y avait aussi Michel Kemper, journaliste. Michel vous fait un compte-rendu sympa du concert sur le blog « Nos Enchanteurs ». Descendez en bas de la page de ce blog, cliquez sur le nom de Christopher et trouvez tous les articles le concernant. Cela s’appelle « combat de coqs chez Murray. »
There were Christopher Murray and his « side-man » François Gonnet, and there was also Michel Kemper, a journalist. J’ai écouté aussi Alain Sourigues, une magnifique découverte. Comme pour d’autres artistes, il vaut mieux le découvrir sur scène, c’est un phénomène ! On passe la soirée à rire, pourtant les textes sont travaillés et profonds. J’étais heureuse de passer un moment à parler avec lui après son concert.
I listened also Alain Sourigues: a wonderful discovery. For him and for many other artists, it’s better to discover him on the stage, he’s a phenomenon! We spend the evening laughing, though the texts are processed and deep. I was happy to spend time talking with him after his concert.

Les deux soirs, il y a eu une « scène ouverte », et nombreux dans le public étaient ceux qui ont proposé leur chant. Parmi eux, Emma, perdue de vue depuis quarante ans, et qui se trouvait là autant par hasard que moi-même ! J’ai chanté « une sorcière comme les autres »  d’Anne Sylvestre et « la Gina » de Michel Bühler.
There were « open stage » during the night. Many people proposed to sing. Among them, there was Emma: I didn’t see her for fourty years, and she was there, like me, by chance! I sang « une sorcière comme les autres », from Anne Sylvestre, and « la GIna » from Michel Bühler.

Au mois de juillet, je suis allée suivre un stage de chant avec Jacques Bertin. Sur son site, à la rubrique « atelier », on peut consulter une liste de quarante chants : les stagiaires doivent en connaître au moins deux pour le stage. En cliquant sur le titre, on accède au texte et à un enregistrement de la chanson. Une belle façon d’apprendre le français, mais attention, il y a, par exemple, un texte en patois bauceron, un en créole !
On July, I took a course singing with Jacques Bertin. On his website, on « atelier », you can see a list of forty songs: course participants should know at least two for the course. By clicking on the title, you can access the text and a recording of the song. A nice way to learn French, but, be careful, there are, for example, a text wroten in the dilact of Bauce, an other one in Creole language!

Mon programme musical se termine sous des trombes d’eau à Barjac. J’avais réservé seulement pour écouter Alexandre Poulin, dont j’aime particulièrement la chanson «l’écrivain», que vous pouvez écouter sur son site. Si j’ai assisté à Pourchères à l’emballage rapide d’un piano, celui de Barjac a été époustouflant !
My musical program ends under a downpour in Barjac. I reserved only to listen to Alexandre Poulin: I’m especially found of his song «l’écrivain» that you can listen on his website. The rapid packaging of a piano, at Pourchères, has been a great moment, but the one of Barjac was amazing!
